- Repairs under $500 are completed immediately with no labor charge—you only pay for materials (which are billed at a 10% markup).

🏡 HVAC & Safety Maintenance
- We replace HVAC filters, test smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and change batteries as needed—all at no extra cost to you.
📞 Fast Work Order Response
- Our in-house team responds within 24 hours and fixes issues within 48 hours, ensuring prompt maintenance and tenant satisfaction.
- Any repairs over $500 that require a licensed professional (such as a plumber, electrician, HVAC technician, or roofer) will be outsourced to a trusted vendor, and all invoices for those services will be processed separately.

- 50+ Units: $10.00 per unit, per month
- Repairs under $500 are completed at no labor charge, and only material costs (with a 10% markup) are billed.
- Repairs over $500 that require licensed professionals will be outsourced, and those invoices will be processed separately.
