Sincere Property Management is locally owned and operated out of Oklahoma City, proudly operating under the brokerage of Block One Real Estate. The majority owners are Grant and Alicia Rubin, a husband-and-wife duo who started Sincere after seeing a genuine need for a company that sincerely cares about all the people impacted by the rental market—owners and tenants alike.
